Hello! I'm Ryder, a VTuber and artist at your service. My pronouns are he/they.Ever since I was little, art and gaming have always been passions of mine. What I really like about streaming is that it combines the two for me! I have been drawing for nearly a decade and I'm still striving to improve every single day. By commissioning me, it means that you have read and agree to all the terms stated below. If you violate any of my terms, I have the right to cancel your request.

Limitations

I Do Draw: People, OCs, Humanoids, Fanart/Ship Art, Light Blood/Gore
I Don’t Draw: Mecha, Furries, Heavy Gore, NSFW, Anything Hateful/Inappropriate**Note: Some robotic parts are okay but not I can not draw fully robot characters. Prosthetics and disability aids are perfectly fine and will not incur extra fees. I can draw animal features but I am not good at furries.

General

> Your commission will not be started on unless you provide me the payment first.> I will not do your request if I feel uncomfortable with it or you speak to me rudely.> The reference(s) must be ready for me to work with and show the subject clearly.

Payments

> You must pay for the commission within 7 days or your request will be cancelled. Don't put in a request if you cannot pay within this timeframe.> If you file for a chargeback, I have the right to revoke your usage rights to my work and I can sell it to other people. You will also be blacklisted and forbidden to commission me ever again.

Revisions

> In the sketching stage, I allow for any amount of revisions but after the colored sketch is approved, you get a maximum of three major revisions. After you use all three, you will be limited to minor changes only or you must pay extra if you want more major changes.

Deadlines and Delivery

> I work on commissions inbetween jobs. It will take me about 1 month to finish an illustration. 2+ months if your illustration has multiple characters. About 3 months for refsheets.

Usage

> All the art you commission from me is for personal use by default. You may not resell or use the art commercially (streaming is an exception) unless discussed with me prior.> You will not remove the watermark off of my work or alter the artwork in any way.> You will not use any of my works for Ai or NFT purposes.> You may repost the final image as long as I am credited.

Intellectual Property Rights

> You are paying for the rights to use my work. I maintain ownership rights to use the commissioned work in my portfolio and for advertising purposes.

Refunds

> You may cancel or be refunded if I have not worked on your commission yet.> If I have started the sketch, I will not allow any refunds unless I am unable to provide/finish the artwork for any reason.

Communication

> I will message you via VGen.> Do not spam me with messages. I will respond accordingly within 48 hours.> I will be contacting you regularly about the commission as I draw it. Please respond in a timely manner.> I will post WIPs of your commission or stream the progress of it on Twitch. If you do not wish to have it public, please let me know.

Lore

World

  Magic is commonplace in this world, anyone has the potential to use it. It is stored inside your body and is replenished with enough rest. However, learning to utilize it requires a great deal of focus and willpower which is something not everyone can manage. Not to mention, using more than what your body can handle can cause extremely negative effects. Most magic users funnel magic into a wand making it easier to control, the term "wand" referring to a container of magic to be utilized. Wands are made to cater to the user so practically anything can be a wand. The strongest and most skilled users don't require wands and can cast spells with their own bodies. As new spells are discovered over time, magic has been subjected to strict regulations.

 

The White Magician

  The "White Magician" was his title. No one knew his true purpose, a lot of it was speculated. He specialized in illusion magic, often seen doing street performances before being chased away and disappearing as if they never were there in the first place. His wand had the ability to turn into a quill, at the flick of the wrist, magic flowed out of it like golden ink.
